Device check
Does your phone support eSIM?
Type your phone model, or find your brand below. Any eSIM-capable phone can run our UK eSIM.
Open Settings > Cellular / Mobile Data (iPhone) or Settings > Network & internet > SIMs (Android). If you see "Add eSIM", "Add Cellular Plan" or "Download a SIM", your phone is ready. The phone must also be carrier-unlocked.

Setup
Install your eSIM in a few minutes
Your QR appears on screen right after payment. Install over Wi-Fi and keep the order page open.
- 1Connect to Wi-Fi. If you can, open this QR on a second screen so the phone can scan it.
- 2On the phone open Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data).
- 3Tap Add eSIM or Add Cellular Plan.
- 4Scan the QR from your order page, or tap Enter Details Manually and paste the activation code.
- 5Follow the prompts and label the line, for example "UK Number".
- 6Turn on Data Roaming for this line. It always roams on a partner network and there is no extra charge.
- 7Dial *132# on the new line to see your UK +44 number, then test with an incoming SMS.
Find your UK number. After activation, dial *132# on the UK line to display your +44 number on screen.
QR code won't scan?
- Use Enter Details Manually with the activation code on your order page.
- Open the QR on a laptop or tablet and scan that second screen.
- Raise screen brightness and wipe the camera lens.
- Move the phone slowly closer and further until it focuses.
- Save a screenshot of the QR and code before leaving the order page.
Troubleshooting
Not receiving SMS or showing no service?
Work through these in order. Data Roaming being off is behind most cases.

Turn on Data Roaming
This fixes most "no service" cases. iPhone: Settings > Cellular > [your line] > Data Roaming. Android: Settings > Network & internet > SIMs > [your line] > Roaming. You are not charged extra.

Set the eSIM as the active line
iPhone: Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data > select the eSIM. Android: SIM manager > pick the eSIM. Make sure Airplane Mode is off.

Restart the radio
Turn Airplane Mode on, wait 30 seconds, turn it off, then wait 1 to 2 minutes for the line to register.

Select the network manually
Turn off automatic network selection and pick a UK or local partner network. iPhone: Settings > Cellular > [line] > Network Selection. Android: Mobile networks > Network operators.

Restart the phone
Power off fully, wait 30 seconds, power on and give it 2 to 3 minutes to register.

Note: the UK Number is for incoming SMS and calls, not mobile data. "Connecting" here means registering on the network to receive codes. For mobile data abroad, use a Travel eSIM.
A code is not arriving
Some apps and banks reject numbers they flag as non-personal. If a specific code will not arrive, these guides cover what works:
Payment
Paying in crypto, step by step
No account, no card, no personal data. You pay directly on-chain and the QR appears when the payment confirms.
- 1At checkout, pick one of 12 cryptocurrencies and its network, for example USDT on TRC20, USDC on Polygon, BTC, ETH or SOL.
- 2You get a payment address and the exact amount. A live rate is locked for a short window.
- 3Send the exact amount from your own wallet or exchange. Avoid a contract that splits or reduces the amount.
- 4Wait for on-chain confirmation. Fast networks like TRC20 and Polygon usually confirm in about 1 to 3 minutes.
- 5Once confirmed, your QR appears on the order page automatically. Keep the page open.
Underpaid or arrived late? Contact us with your TX hash (payment ID) and we will reconcile it. Nothing is sent to a card network or bank.
Refunds
If something goes wrong
Your eSIM is delivered on screen the moment payment confirms, so routine change-of-mind refunds are not offered once the QR is shown. Genuine delivery and payment problems are always sorted out - reach us with your TX hash.
- A technical delivery failure where no working QR was issued
- A duplicate or double payment
- An overpayment or wrong-amount transfer
- A confirmed payment where the QR never appeared
- Change of mind after the QR is delivered
- A third-party app rejecting the number (their policy, not ours)
- Buying the wrong product without contacting us first
