Monero, the slowest of them
Two different waits sit inside "how long does it take", and they have different causes. The confirmation wait is the network settling your transaction. The send delay is how long buyers took to send at all, once the invoice was open. Both are measured here, because confusing them is what makes Bitcoin look slower than it is.

A Bitcoin payment here confirms in under four minutes at the median, faster than most people expect. What takes the time is before that: buyers took eleven minutes to send at all, four times longer than on any other coin, which is what moving funds off an exchange looks like rather than sending from a wallet you hold. If you already have the coins, Bitcoin is not the slow option.
Monero is the one coin where the wait is the protocol and not the person. Around nineteen minutes at the median, and not a single Monero payment we measured confirmed inside two minutes. It waits for more depth before a transfer is settled, which is the same property that makes it hard to reverse and hard to trace. Nothing is stuck during that window and nothing needs chasing.
If you want the QR as fast as possible, TRX, BNB and USDT on Tron settle in about a minute and cost very little to send, with GRAM and SOL just behind. If you want the payment itself not to become a permanent public record, Monero is the only choice on the list that gives you that, and roughly twenty minutes is the price. Everything else lands in between. Whatever you pick, send the exact amount shown.
Nothing waits for a person. The confirmation is the trigger: the order fulfils itself, and the QR or the config appears on the order page while you are still looking at it.

On our measurement, a Bitcoin payment is confirmed in about four minutes at the median, and the slowest we recorded was under eight. The larger part of the wait is not the chain: buyers took around eleven minutes to send after opening the invoice, longer than on any other coin.
Monero waits for more confirmation depth before a transfer is treated as settled. That is the property that makes it hard to reverse and hard to trace, so the wait is the feature rather than a fault. We measured about nineteen minutes at the median, and no Monero payment confirmed within two minutes.
BNB, TRX and USDT on Tron are the quickest we measured, at around half a minute to a minute. Every BNB, TRX, GRAM and SOL payment we measured confirmed within two minutes. If speed is all you care about, pick one of those.
Leave the order page open and do not send a second transfer. Most delays past these figures are one of two things: coins sent on a different network from the one the invoice asked for, or a withdrawal still queued at an exchange. Both are visible to us if you contact support with the order code, and neither is fixed by paying twice.

No. There is no signup anywhere in the flow. The order page is reached with an 8-character code issued at checkout, and the QR appears there when the payment confirms. An email address is optional and only used to send that link.
The payment never reaches the invoice, so the order cannot fulfil itself. This is the most common cause of "I paid and nothing happened". The funds are not necessarily lost, but recovering them is manual: contact support with the order code and the transaction hash rather than sending a second payment.
Send the difference and the order completes itself, with no message to us needed. The order page shows the outstanding amount and the window is reopened for it, so an underpayment is a pause rather than a problem. It is rare in our measurement either way.
Late payments are never delivered automatically, on purpose: by then the exchange rate the invoice was built on may no longer hold. The money is not lost. Contact support with the order code and the transaction and the order is settled by hand.
