Terms of Service

These terms cover buying and using BuyUKeSIM products. By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not buy.

1.Who we are

BuyUKeSIM ("we", "us") operates buyukesim.com and sells digital eSIM products. We are a retailer and reseller of eSIM/connectivity products - not a mobile network operator, bank, or government service. We operate privacy-first and keep our public footprint minimal by design. You can reach us and hold us accountable through the support channels below, and we publish a regularly updated warrant canary.

2.What we sell

  • UK Number (+44). A real United Kingdom mobile line for incoming SMS and calls (for example app verification). It is not a data bundle. To stay active it needs a periodic top-up (see below).
  • Travel eSIM (data). Prepaid mobile data for trips abroad across many countries and regions. It is data only and does not include a phone number. Coverage, speed, and validity depend on the plan and local networks.
  • UK + Travel bundle. A single crypto checkout that delivers both a UK Number and a travel data plan as two separate QR codes.

3.Eligibility and device

You must be an adult (18+, or the age of majority where you live) to buy. Our products are eSIMs: your device must support eSIM and, for travel plans, allow data roaming. It is your responsibility to check compatibility before purchase.

4.Price and payment

Checkout is cryptocurrency only. Prices are shown in USD and the crypto amount is calculated at a live exchange rate at checkout. Send the exact amount shown to the address provided. An order is fulfilled only after the payment confirms on-chain; unpaid orders expire after the time shown at checkout. Sending the wrong amount, wrong coin, or wrong network may delay or forfeit an order.

5.Delivery

Delivery is digital and immediate: once payment confirms, your eSIM QR and activation details appear on the order page. Keep them safe and note your order lookup code. We do not ship anything physical. Installing the eSIM (scanning the QR on your device) is a step only you can perform.

6.The UK Number line

The UK Number is a genuine +44 mobile line for incoming SMS and calls. It is sold for lawful personal use such as app verification. To keep the line active a top-up (about $15 every 6 months, confirm the current figure on the site) is required; if a line lapses it may be released and lost. We are a reseller and cannot guarantee that every third-party service will accept any given number, nor that a specific number is retained indefinitely.

7.Travel eSIM data

Travel plans provide data only, with no phone number. Each country/region, data amount, and duration is its own product with its own price and validity. Coverage and speed depend on the partner networks in each location and are outside our direct control. Data does not roll over after a plan expires.

8.Refunds

Because an eSIM QR is a single-use digital good, a delivered/assigned QR generally cannot be returned or refunded. Full details, including cases where we can help before delivery, are in our Refund Policy.

9.Acceptable use

You agree not to use our products or site to:

  • break any applicable law, or commit fraud, spam, or harassment;
  • impersonate another person or evade a lawful ban you are subject to;
  • resell our products as your own without a partner agreement; or
  • disrupt, probe, or abuse the site, API, or MCP server.

We may cancel or refuse orders that we reasonably believe breach these rules.

10.No warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to deliver working eSIMs, but we do not warrant that every third-party app will accept a number, that networks will never have outages, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11.Complaints and dispute resolution

If something goes wrong with an order, contact us first - it is the fastest path to a fair outcome. Reach us on live chat or Telegram @buyukesimbot with your order number and transaction hash (TX ID). We aim to reply within 48 hours and to resolve genuine delivery or payment issues in good faith, in line with our Refund Policy. Please raise a complaint with us before opening a payment-provider or wallet dispute, so we have a chance to put it right.

12.Governing law and your rights

We handle these terms and any dispute in good faith, first by dealing with you directly, and nothing here removes any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law that applies where you live. Formal legal, compliance, or dispute notices should be sent to [email protected]. Where a matter cannot be settled directly, it is governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the service is operated, and both sides submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

13.Infrastructure we depend on

The service runs on public infrastructure outside our direct control, including the internet and cryptocurrency and blockchain networks, plus standard providers such as our CDN. Outages or changes in these networks can affect availability. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

14.Changes and contact
