Warrant Canary

A warrant canary is a statement we publish and renew on a schedule. As long as it is present and current, the statements below are true. If it is ever removed or goes stale, treat that as a signal in itself.

All clear

All statements below hold true as of this date.

Last updated:

Renewed monthly.

As of 10 July 2026, we affirm:

  • We have not received any National Security Letter, or any other secret or gagged government order compelling us to hand over customer information.
  • We have not received any subpoena, warrant, or court order - including from any secret, classified, or foreign-intelligence court - requiring us to disclose customer data.
  • We have not received any government or law-enforcement request for customer data, metadata, payment details, or eSIM identifiers (ICCID).
  • We have not been served any gag order, non-disclosure directive, or legal instruction that prevents us from telling our customers that a request was made.
  • We have not installed any backdoor, wiretap, or interception capability in our systems or software, and we have not been asked to.
  • We have not entered into any agreement or partnership with any government or agency to monitor, profile, or surveil our customers.
  • We have not been compelled to collect or retain more customer data than we describe in our Privacy Policy.

Why this is more than words

The strongest privacy guarantee is having little to hand over in the first place. BuyUKeSIM runs no customer accounts, requires no email and no KYC, and settles only in cryptocurrency. We do not build customer profiles. So even a lawful request has very little customer data to reach - which is exactly how we designed it. See our Privacy Policy for what we do and do not process.

How to read this canary

  • This canary is reviewed and renewed at the start of each month.
  • If it is not updated within 60 days of the date above, or if the page disappears entirely, you should assume one or more of the statements can no longer be made truthfully.
  • A warrant canary is a transparency signal, not legal advice and not a guarantee. It cannot defeat every legal mechanism - but its removal or staleness is itself information.
