Lost your QR code?
Your QR appears on screen after payment. If you ticked email at checkout, you may also have the order link in your inbox. If you closed the page or had a technical issue, contact us on Telegram or live chat with your payment ID (TX hash). In genuine cases where you cannot recover access, we can resend your QR once verified.
Payment issues
If payment is stuck or rejected, message @buyukesimbot or use live chat with your TX ID and the amount sent. We will check on-chain confirmation and help you complete or resolve the order.
Bulk orders
For orders above 10 units, contact us via Telegram and include your payment ID. No account needed.
