A lapsed number is gone for good
This is the part worth reading twice. If a number reaches its end date without a top-up, it is released and cannot be recovered - not by us, not by support, not by paying afterwards. Anything tied to it needs a new number: WhatsApp, Telegram, PayPal, and any account using it for 2FA. That is why the date matters more than the price.
Set a reminder so you do not have to check
Your order page carries a reminders card with three options: a calendar file with an alarm, built in your browser and never sent to us; a link to our Telegram bot; or an email address you can delete again from the same card. It is one message about 12 days before the end date and nothing else. If you set none of them, this page is how you find out, so bookmark it or prepay a longer period.
If you lost your order code
Enter your +44 number instead. It works as soon as the number has been linked once, which happens the first time you check with both the code and the number. Renewals never needed the code at all - the top-up page only asks for the number.
