Refund Policy

BuyUKeSIM sells digital products: UK Number (+44) lines, Travel eSIM data plans and One-Time Code verification numbers. All are delivered on your screen after crypto payment is confirmed. This page explains how we handle payment problems, delivery issues, and refund requests in plain language.

Our approach

Routine refunds are not offered once your eSIM QR has been delivered (UK Number from stock, or Travel eSIM provisioned). That is standard for instant digital goods. If something went wrong on our side or with your payment, contact us first. We review technical delivery issues, duplicate payments, and verified payment errors case by case.

Why delivery matters

  • UK Number: each order assigns a real UK +44 eSIM QR from inventory. That assignment is immediate and single-use.
  • Travel eSIM: after payment, your data plan is provisioned from our wholesale partner. The QR is single-use.
  • After the QR is shown on screen, the digital product cannot be returned to stock like a physical item.
  • Install over a stable Wi-Fi connection: each QR can be scanned only once, and an interrupted download can consume it.

When we can help

  • Technical delivery issue: payment confirmed but QR never appeared or page failed before you could save it
  • Travel eSIM: payment confirmed but provisioning failed or is stuck beyond the stated window
  • Duplicate payment: you paid twice for the same order by mistake
  • Wrong amount or wrong network: you sent crypto but checkout shows a mismatch we can verify on-chain
  • Payment stuck in review: TX submitted, approval delayed, or order status looks wrong
  • Lost QR access: you closed the page; we may resend once after verification (see FAQ)
  • One-Time Code: no verification code arrived even after the automatic free retries

What we usually cannot refund

  • Change of mind after successful QR delivery
  • Travel eSIM: wrong country/region package selected, or data used after activation
  • Third-party app bans (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.) or device compatibility you did not check before purchase
  • SMS not arriving because of app-side device blocks (see our device note on FAQ)
  • Sending the wrong cryptocurrency when checkout clearly showed another coin or network
  • Top-up purchases after $15 credit was applied to your UK Number line
  • Failed installation caused by an unstable connection on your side, or deleting the eSIM profile after the single-use QR was scanned

One-Time Code: no code, no charge

The One-Time Code product carries its own stronger promise. If your number receives no verification code, you are not charged: fresh numbers are retried automatically at no extra cost, and if none delivers, your payment is fully refundable - contact support with your order ID. Once a code has been delivered on screen, the purchase is complete and the number is retired, so delivered codes are not refundable.

How we review a case

Message us on live chat (any page) or Telegram @buyukesimbot with your order number, TX hash, coin, amount, and a short description. For a Travel eSIM, add your order lookup code if you have it. We check the blockchain confirmation and our order logs. If we confirm a duplicate payment, a delivery failure, or a processing error on our side, we agree the fairest fix with you: completing delivery, correcting the order, or refunding to your wallet. During active hours we usually reply within a few minutes.

Crypto payments are final

Crypto settles directly on the blockchain and is final once confirmed - there is no card issuer or bank that can reverse it. That is exactly why we ask you to contact us first: if there is a duplicate payment or a genuine error, we can check it on-chain and put it right, usually fast. Reaching us with your TX ID is the quickest path to a fair outcome.

Most issues are resolved faster through support than through a chargeback or wallet dispute. Use live chat or Telegram @buyukesimbot. No account or email is required. For bulk orders, include your payment ID in the first message.
