Registration is two different things wearing one word. There is the legal kind, where a country requires a SIM to be recorded against a person, and there is the commercial kind, where a shop makes you create an account so it can keep you. Most sellers do both, and the second one is entirely their choice.
This product has neither an account nor a sign-up. There is no username, no password and no profile to delete afterwards, because none was created. What holds your order is an 8-character code issued at checkout, which is the whole of the relationship.
What replaces the account
When you pay, the order page issues a short code. That code opens the order later from any device, shows the QR, and lets you top the plan up. There is nothing to log into and nothing to reset, which is why the code is worth saving properly rather than leaving in a browser tab.
An email address is offered but never required. If you give one it is used to send the order link and, if you switch it on, one expiry reminder. Nothing else is sent, and no marketing list exists to be added to.
Why no account is also a security answer
An account is a permanent record of you at a company you have no control over, and the history of data breaches is largely a history of those records leaking. A shop that never created the account cannot lose it, which is a stronger guarantee than any promise about how carefully it would have been stored.
The same logic runs through the payment: cryptocurrency only, so there is no card number and no bank detail here to be exposed either. What exists is a payment record, an optional email and the country the CDN reported.
The registration we cannot remove
Buying without an account does not change what a mobile network records when your device attaches to it. The profile identifier, the device identifier and the cells you connect through are visible to that network exactly as they would be for any SIM, and no seller can alter that.
Rules about registering local SIM cards also differ from country to country, and a roaming data profile is a different thing from a local SIM. We are not in a position to advise on your jurisdiction, and any seller who tells you their product makes local rules irrelevant is guessing.

Not here. There is no sign-up step at all: you choose a plan, pay in cryptocurrency and receive a QR code plus an 8-character code that reopens the order later. Nothing is created that you would need to delete afterwards.
How do I get back to my order without a login?
With the 8-character code from checkout. It opens the order page on any device and gives you the QR again along with the top-up option. Save it somewhere durable; there is no password reset because there is no password.
Will you email me offers?
No. There is no marketing list. If you leave an address it is used for the order link and, if you enable it, a single reminder before the plan expires.
Is this the same as an unregistered local SIM?
No, it is a roaming data profile rather than a local SIM, and the two are treated differently. Local SIM registration rules vary by country and we do not give legal advice on them; what we can tell you is what we ask for, which is nothing about you.
